Builder of Systems, Teams, and Ideas.
I’ve spent my career bridging the space between vision and execution, building the systems, teams, and products that turn good ideas into lasting results.
That mindset started early. As a U.S. Navy Fire Control Technician, I learned to operate under pressure, manage risk, and make critical decisions with clarity. Those years taught me what true accountability looks like, to your crew, your mission, and your standards. It shaped the way I lead today: calmly, deliberately, and always with an eye toward the larger system at play.
After earning my MBA and a certification in Project Management, I transitioned into manufacturing and product leadership at Leatherman Tool Group. Over more than a decade, I’ve led initiatives that spanned product strategy, global operations, and cross-functional innovation. I helped launch over 70 new products, built high-performing teams, and shaped the processes that move ideas from sketch to market.
In 2023, I was asked to build something that didn’t exist, Leatherman East, a new, 30,000-square-foot factory designed to prove that small, empowered teams could deliver faster and smarter. From an empty building, I equipped 30+ machines, assembled a lean team of 15, and launched five premium knife models in record time. The experience reinforced what I’ve believed all along: speed and craftsmanship can coexist when people are trusted to lead, decide, and learn in real time.
Today, my focus is on applying that same philosophy to the next chapter of my career, uniting innovation, manufacturing strategy, and leadership to help organizations move with purpose. I thrive in environments that demand both vision and discipline, and I’m motivated by challenges that require building alignment across every level of an organization.
Whether in a factory, a boardroom, or a new venture, my goal remains the same:
-To build systems that work, teams that grow, and products that matter.
